Liabilities and Terms of Payments are given below:

1. Our facility is available seven days a week, at hourly block as well as on assignment or job work basis.
2. No booking is confirmed unless the minimum amount specified as ‘advance payment’ is received in full. This is a minimum of 50% of the rate quoted. In case of non-receipt of deposit at least 48 hours before the booking, the studio reserves the right to take up any other booking.
3. Changes if any in the booking dates or timing must be made at least 48 hours in advance. However, the studio in its unfettered discretion may allot the alternate date/ time depending on the bookings confirmed and availability of resources.
4. Masters or production of any copies will be released only after the payment is received in full.
5. The client assumes all risks associated with storing on or off the premises any and all sound recordings, video recordings, digital data etc. Under no circumstances Tarang Studio can be held responsible to compensate the client towards any direct or indirect consequences. However, Tarang Studios will not be liable for any ‘downtime’ due to malfunctioning or breakdown of equipment/ software/idling of hired musicians or failure to operate the facility due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances. However, Tarang Studios will make alternate time slots available to compensate the same at no extra cost.
6. Tarang Studios makes no warranties either express or implied other than those contained herein. Tarang Studios shall not be liable for unforeseen or consequential damages of any kind.
